We’re passionate about forging a more secure North Carolina, and part of that means helping everyone stay cyber secure. Thankfully, we’re not alone in that—we’ve compiled a brief list of resources produced by others in the cybersecurity industry that not only are safe voices but well worth our attention.

The National Cybersecurity Alliance’s ‘Stay Safe Online’ 

This resource provides clear and manageable tips, ranging from ‘How to Tell If Your Computer Has a Virus and What to Do About It’ to a brief article on managing privacy settings. The Alliance is a nonprofit that works to bring cyber awareness and safety to everyone.

The Cyber Readiness Institute

The Cyber Readiness Institute is a great place to turn to if you need a free cyber readiness training tool for your small or medium-sized business! CRI was formed from the 2016 bipartisan Commission on Enhancing National Cybersecurity and was created to provide free resources for small and medium-sized business cybersecurity.
